These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of norgira.cc (the "Site") and purchases of NORGIRA products. By using the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or place an order.

These Terms do not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded under the mandatory laws that apply to you as a consumer.

1. Store operator and eligibility

The Site is operated by NOEMOSEN HK INTERNATIONAL CO., LIMITED, trading as NORGIRA ("NORGIRA", "we", "us", or "our").

You may use the Site only if you can lawfully enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. If you are below the legal age to contract where you live, you may use the Site only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian where required by law.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when using the Site or placing an order.

2. Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for activity conducted through your account. Notify us promptly at support@norgira.cc if you suspect unauthorised access.

We may suspend or close an account where reasonably necessary to protect the Site, customers, or NORGIRA, including for inaccurate information, fraud, unlawful activity, or a breach of these Terms.

3. Products, product information, and availability

We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, measurements, photographs, and prices accurately. However, colours may vary because of screen settings, and minor differences in appearance, finish, or placement may occur where consistent with the product description and applicable law.

Product availability, prices, promotions, and product information may change before an order is accepted. We may correct an error, inaccuracy, or omission, including after an order has been submitted. If this affects your order, we may contact you, cancel the affected order, and refund any payment received, subject to applicable law.

4. Orders and contract acceptance

When you submit an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected products. An automated order-confirmation email acknowledges receipt of that offer; it does not mean that we have accepted the order.

We accept an order when we send a dispatch confirmation or otherwise clearly confirm acceptance. We may refuse, limit, or cancel an order before acceptance for legitimate reasons, including unavailable stock, an obvious pricing or product-information error, suspected fraud, payment-authorisation failure, legal or trade-compliance requirements, or a material breach of these Terms.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the applicable amount to the original payment method where possible, unless a different remedy is required by law.

Order cancellations

For eligible, unfulfilled orders, customers may submit a cancellation request within 15 minutes after placing the order. After this period, an order may enter processing and cancellation is not guaranteed. Please contact support@norgira.cc as soon as possible if you need assistance.

This cancellation rule does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your place of residence.

5. Prices, payment, and promotions

Prices, currency, shipping charges, and any applicable taxes or duties are presented at checkout. You must provide current, complete, and accurate billing and payment information. Payment processing is provided by third-party payment providers and is subject to their terms and privacy policies.

Promotional offers and discount codes may have separate conditions, expiry dates, eligible products, and usage limits. Unless an offer expressly states otherwise, codes cannot be combined, cannot be applied retrospectively, and have no cash value. We may withdraw or amend an offer where permitted by law, but this will not affect an order already accepted unless there is an obvious error or another lawful reason.

6. Shipping, returns, and refunds

Our Shipping Information and Return & Refund Policy form part of these Terms. They explain delivery estimates, duties and taxes, return eligibility, refunds, and statutory withdrawal rights.

In the event of an inconsistency, the Return & Refund Policy governs returns, refunds, and withdrawal rights; mandatory consumer law always takes priority.

7. Acceptable use

You may use the Site only for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes. You must not:

• interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to bypass Site security or functionality;
• gain or attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems, accounts, or data;
• misuse checkout, payment, promotion, or discount systems;
• submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information;
• scrape, copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit Site content without permission;
• infringe another person’s rights; or
• use the Site for an unlawful purpose.

We may restrict access or take other appropriate action for a breach of this section.

8. Reviews and user content

If you submit a review, comment, photograph, feedback, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to submit it and that it is lawful, accurate, and does not infringe another person’s rights.

You grant NORGIRA a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, adapt for format, publish, display, and use that content for operating, promoting, and improving our business and products. This licence ends when the content is deleted from our systems, except where it has been used in a campaign already distributed or must be retained for legal, evidential, or operational reasons.

We may remove or decline content that breaches these Terms, applicable law, or another person’s rights.

9. Intellectual property

The Site and its content—including the NORGIRA name and branding, logos, product images, photography, graphics, text, designs, and product descriptions—are owned by or licensed to NORGIRA and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the Site for its intended personal purpose. No other right is granted. You may not copy, modify, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or commercially exploit Site content without our prior written permission.

10. Third-party services and links

The Site may use or link to third-party services, including Shopify, payment providers, carriers, social-media platforms, analytics providers, and advertising services. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party content, services, availability, or practices, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

11. Electronic communications

By placing an order or contacting us, you agree that we may send service-related communications electronically, including order confirmations, dispatch updates, support messages, and policy notices. You may opt out of marketing communications as described in those messages, but we may still send communications necessary to provide the Site, fulfil an order, or meet legal obligations.

12. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not exclude warranties, remedies, or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NORGIRA is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from the use of the Site or products. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

13. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you will indemnify NORGIRA and its affiliates, employees, and partners against claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising from your material breach of these Terms, unlawful use of the Site, or infringement of a third party’s rights.

14. Force majeure

NORGIRA is not responsible for a delay or failure caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government action, strikes, transport disruption, supply-chain interruption, customs delays, severe weather, or service-provider outage. This does not affect rights that cannot legally be excluded.

15. Governing law, disputes, and severability
