In-stock orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment authorisation. Pre-order and made-to-order timing is shown on the relevant product page or order confirmation where available.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY

Standard: 7–15 business days.
Express: 3–7 business days, where available.
Transit estimates exclude processing time and are not guaranteed. Customs and local delivery conditions may cause delays.

RETURN REQUESTS

For eligible voluntary returns, contact support@norgira.cc within 7 calendar days after delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with tags attached. Eligibility exclusions apply; see the full policy.

EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges. Return an eligible item for a refund, then place a new order for your preferred item, subject to availability.

RETURN SHIPPING

Please obtain return approval and instructions before posting. Customers generally cover voluntary return shipping, unless our error or applicable law requires otherwise.

REFUNDS

After an authorised return is received, inspected and approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–7 business days. Your payment provider may take additional time.

EU / EEA CUSTOMERS

A statutory 14-day withdrawal right may apply, subject to applicable exceptions. Nothing here limits your mandatory consumer rights.
